A Los Angeles-based realtor, Corey Nelson completed his first real estate transaction while studying business at Purdue University. Corey Nelson first gained experience as a realtor while working under one of the most successful agents in the United States. During that period, he contributed to a sales team that accumulated annual sales figures of over $100 million.
Since 2004, he has represented buyers and sellers of high-end properties in Los Angeles and surrounding communities through Sotheby’s International Realty. He comes from a family with an extensive background in real estate industries, which has given him experience in property demolition and rebuilds. He leverages this experience as a realtor and can often be found helping with cleaning and yard upkeep of various properties.
Since joining Sotheby’s, he has closed sales on over 100 homes and has been ranked among the top 3 percent of all sales agents in the country for NRT, the agency’s parent company. He holds membership with the National Association of Realtors and the Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors. Outside of his professional endeavors, he enjoys traveling and trying new restaurants.
